Registration:

   Register for the SENACD Annual Meeting in KY online at CheddarUp.com by clicking the "Pay Now" Button below.  Please take notice that each attendee's registration must be entered individually, but multiple registrations can be processed in one transaction. If you come across any issues, please contact Kayleigh Evans at kayleigh.evans.kacd@outlook.com .

   Please take note that all Credit Card Transactions will be charged an additional 3.853% processing fee through CheddarUp, E-Checks will be charged an additional 1.59% processing fee through CheddarUp, or at Check Out you can choose the Cash/Check payment option to avoid any fees. Paying with Cash or Check? We still ask that you register online, then forward your registration receipt to Crystal Renfro at crystal.renfro.kacd@outlook.com and mail payment with a copy of your registration receipt to KACD, P.O. Box 4027, Frankfort, KY 40604-4027.

  •  Meeting Agenda – The draft agenda proves an exciting four days packed full of training and networking are currently under development. Speakers and details on workshops within the supervisor, admin/edu, and technical tracks are currently under development.
  • Sponsor/Exhibit Form – Learn details regarding sponsorship levels and come on board as a meeting sponsor to gain recognition throughout the conference. Sponsorship opportunities are listed below.

KACD Sponsorship

The Kentucky Association of Conservation Districts (KACD) provides and promotes leadership in the conservation of natural resources through stewardship and education programs. It coordinates conservation efforts statewide to focus effectively on issues identified by local member districts. Our mission is to serve and strengthen Soil and Water Conservation Districts in the stewardship of natural resources. The KACD is a private association of 121 conservation districts in Kentucky and has an education foundation that is classified as a 501(c)(3).  It is a voluntary, nongovernmental association of Kentucky’s districts.

Your organization could be a donating sponsor and contributor to the continued success of the 121 conservation districts across the Commonwealth. The Annual Meeting provides your organization not only an opportunity to coordinate with districts but vast networking opportunities. Sponsor support and donations serve as the backbone of our association and keep us moving forward in the name of conservation.
